Receive EUR Disbursements from Amazon to Your Payoneer Account

Payoneer is the preferred way for Amazon
sellers to receive Amazon disbursements. It’s simple to set up and enables you to
withdraw your earnings to your local bank account or receive your disbursements
directly to the Payoneer prepaid MasterCard which you can use at ATMs, in stores, or online anywhere MasterCard is accepted. To get started, log in to Amazon Seller
Central Europe. At the top right of your screen, click ‘Settings’, then select
‘Account Info’ from the drop-down menu. At the bottom of your screen look for the
‘Bank Account Information’ section and then click ‘Add’ on the right side of the
screen. On the ‘Global Bank Account Information’ page locate the Amazon site
in which you have a marketplace store. For example: is the
marketplace in Spain. Click ‘Add’ on the relevant marketplace header. From the
‘Bank Location Country’ drop-down list, select the country in which you live.
After you’ve selected your country, two options are presented: one for existing Payoneer users and one for users that have not yet signed up to Payoneer. If you’re
already a Payoneer user, you’ll first need your EU payment service details. To
locate them, simply log in to your Payoneer account. Go to the ‘Receive’ menu and then select ‘EU Payment Service’. Scroll down until you see the box on the left side
of your screen titled ‘Your EU Payment Service Information’. These are the details you will need to enter in Amazon Seller Central Europe under
‘Global Bank Account Information’. Now let’s log back in to Amazon Seller
Central Europe to continue. On this page you will begin by again selecting the ‘Bank Location Country’ but
this time select Germany as this is the location of the European receiving
account provided by Payoneer. Fill in the remaining details as displayed in your
Payoneer account and click ‘Submit’. If you have more than one marketplace,
repeat these steps for each one. At this point existing Payoneer users are all set
to receive Amazon disbursements. Now let’s see the additional step which new
sellers must take in order to sign up for Payoneer. Again, you’ll need to first
select the country in which you currently live. Next, simply choose how you would like to
receive your Amazon disbursements. Would you like the flexibility of withdrawing your money at ATMs or spending funds online and in-store? If yes, please click
the check box labeled ‘Sign up for a Payoneer prepaid MasterCard’ and your funds
will be automatically transferred directly to the card. Please note that
only individual sellers and not companies are eligible for the Payoneer
card. If this box is left unchecked, you will automatically receive funds
directly to your local bank account. Next, click ‘ Sign up for Payoneer’. You’ll now be
directed to the Payoneer sign up application process. Once your Payoneer application is approved, you will receive an email containing your EU
payment service details – all the information you need to set up your
account. Simply enter the details in the ‘Global Bank Account Information’ section
and click ‘Submit’. Don’t forget to select Germany for ‘Bank Location Country’ as that’s
where your receiving account is located. That’s it. You’re done! Amazon will now
disperse your funds to your Payoneer account. To view your disbursements, log in
to Payoneer. From the dashboard, click ‘Activity’ from the menu and then select
‘Payment History’. When you’re ready to withdraw your
Amazon disbursements, simply click on ‘Withdraw’ and select ‘To Bank Account’. If you have selected to receive the Payoneer prepaid MasterCard, the funds will be
loaded onto the card which means you can access your funds immediately without
having to withdraw to your bank. Did you know that with Payoneer, you can also pay suppliers and contractors? Easily send funds to anyone with an email address by clicking on ‘Send’, selecting ‘Another
Payoneer Account Holder’ and following the on-screen instructions. You’re all
set to receive Amazon disbursements and easily access your funds. For additional
assistance or if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us by

  1. Hello there!

I'd like to use my payoneer account to be paid by amazone's Kindle Direct Publishing platform but I only have the Global Payment Service option when I log onto my payoneer account interface. In such a case, what should I do ?!
