If you’re a pay monthly customer, there might be times when you have problems paying your bill. At Three, we understand that circumstances
change and that this can affect how easy it is for you to pay your bill. If you’re having problems, the best thing
to do is to contact us. You can contact us on one of these numbers
or through live chat. Use live chat to talk to one of our advisors
7 days a week between 8am and 11pm. The sooner you let us know you’re having
problems paying your bill, the more we can do to help. If your account is overdue by less than 24
days, we can grant you a 7 day extension. This means you can carry on using your phone
whilst you find ways to pay your bill. Just get in touch with one of our advisors
and they’ll be able to talk you through your options.
